We are currently seeking an exceptional person to be a Pre-Construction Manager and responsible for project methodologies and programmes. This role will be based in our Mt Eden office, together with our other front end New Business team members.
The purpose of this role is to manage the bid process on behalf of JFC. The Pre-Construction Manager will be leading the development of bid solutions and associated documentation and pricing to enable JFC to win profitable work.
The Pre-Construction Manager will:
Working to constrained bid timelines, the Pre-Construction Manager will need to effectively form and lead bid teams comprising staff from the New Business and Operations teams. Key to the success of this role is an aptitude for collaboration with other bid team members, internal and external. Previous people management experience would be advantageous.
