We are seeking a high-performing professional to fill a Stakeholder Liaison Manager position within our Communications Team. In this role you will be part of project teams delivering complex urban construction upgrades, and will contribute with an informative, proactive, and high-quality approach to stakeholder management. You will be responsible for developing communication and stakeholder management strategies in conjunction with our clients, forming great relationships with a diverse mix of interests, managing stakeholders expectations, and problem solving any issues on the ground.
You will:
• Ensure stakeholder perspectives are heard and understood in project planning and decision making
• Proactively communicate (written & verbal) to keep stakeholders updated on our projects
• Regularly engage with affected stakeholders, frequently visiting to actively build relationships
• Listen to and capture project feedback, address or problem solve, and report
• Regularly assess the work site to ensure its well presented in the public realm
• Have best practice delivery across multiple projects
You will bring:
• Experience at implementing a strategic approach to communications and stakeholder management
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Brilliant written communication skills – strong command of correct English is a necessity
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction environment
