This is a fast paced and important role partnering with all divisions across the company and creating sustainable and innovative recruitment strategies. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have an exemplary track record of sourcing candidates from entry level to senior civil construction roles.
