JFC were selected to provide the necessary bulk earthworks and associated public infrastructure to enable the development of the Orion Point Retirement Village in Hobsonville Point, including:
Scope of Works
- Site clearing, bulk earthworks and silt control
- Demolition and contamination removal
- Wastewater pump station
- 600m WW rising main
- 250m WW gravity main (directional drilling)
- 350m Access Road to be vested including services, street lighting and associated stormwater outfalls
