JFC were awarded South East Riccarton Wastewater Renewals by Christchurch City Council, who continuing their wastewater renewals programme. The wastewater pipes had reached the end of their service life and required replacing, plus increased housing density required an increase of wastewater pipe sizes.
Streets included in this work package were Mandeville Street, Kipax Place, Kyle Street, Picton Avenue, Elizabeth Street, Lyndon Street, Nelson Street, Dilworth Street, Peveral Street and Seton Street.
This project involved a pro-active approach to our community impact, stakeholder engagement, environmental compliance, traffic, contract, quality, and H&S risk management, and a sound knowledge of CCC as a client.
